Drawing on his childhood memories, Pastry Chef Matthieu Carlin imagined an elegant chocolate cloche combining know-how and originality to pay homage with delicacy to the great Easter traditions.
Fall for this creation of 900g in 66% dark chocolate... The chocolate bell contains a generous mix of dried fruits: roasted French hazelnuts, slivered almonds, pistachios, raisins and candied lemons... to invite us on a sensory journey.
Once the shell is broken, a gourmet egg in chocolate and praline is revealed to offer us a new palette of addictive flavors.
Offered in a limited edition, one of the bells contains an egg entirely covered in gold leaf which will offer the lucky winner an unforgettable Tea-Time at the Winter Garden.
